yangzhe f738c1db94 feat: 优化首页界面并新增通话与结束会话功能 
- 新增四个静态图片资源用于界面图标
- 在首页头部添加用户设置入口图标
- 重构电话咨询组件，将单一电话文本改为可点击拨打的卡片式设计
- 在Vuex状态管理中新增update_MsgUser方法用于局部更新聊天用户信息
- 在API配置中添加EndLiveAgentApi接口用于结束人工服务
- 重构首页功能卡片布局，添加描述文本和操作按钮
- 实现点击电话卡片直接拨打电话功能
- 新增handleEndConversation方法处理会话结束逻辑
- 优化热门问题点击逻辑，自动切换到对话模式
- 标记留言板页面为已废弃
